HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

In order to provide you the hassle-free shopping experience. We offer free exchanges. Simply ship the item back to us in its original condition with tags and we will gladly exchange the item for you. Exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have made it back to our warehouse and have been inspected. Please allow 5 business days for refund to show up in your account less shipping and handling charges. In order to receive a full refund items must be returned within 14 days.
Items must be packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on. Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)We cannot accept exchange on leggings, underwear or socks for hygiene reasons. You are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the returned items are missing tags or packaging a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been submitted we cannot cancel it. You will need to return it upon delivery.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?
Contact us immediately with your full name and order number. If the item received is damaged please submit photos of the damage goods. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for U.S. orders. $12.95 for international orders. If the order is $75 or higher, U.S. shipping is free. At this time we do not offer free shipping to international buyers.
