If any item in your order does not exceed your expectations, send it back within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund, or exchange for a different size, color, or style. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After we’ve processed your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation to let you know that your refund, new item, has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days after delivery to our warehouse for a refund/exchange. Refunds will show up in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you'd like to exchange any of your products let us know within 14 days. In order to exchange your product(s) they must be in brand new condition and unworn condition, with tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
