RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If any item in your order does not exceed your expectations, send it back within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund or exchange for a different size, color, or style. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After we’ve processed your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation to let you know that your refund, new item, has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days after delivery to our warehouse for a refund/exchange. Refunds will show up in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
All items sold in the CLEARANCE are final sale items. No refunds or exchanges. If you purchased items during our 70% + off sale, we are unable to accept your return. If an exception is made, there will be a restocking fee, and the cost of shipping will be deducted. If any of the apparel was worn, we will not issue a refund or exchange due to Covid. We try our best to go above and beyond to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If your item was damaged during the shipping, you will need to check the shipping carrier. If the item you received was damaged, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best and exchange it.
We do not offer free return shipping labels. It is your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us.
If you'd like to exchange any of your products let us know within 14 days. In order to exchange your product(s) they must be in brand new condition and unworn condition, with tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
